Deskripsi pekerjaan Direktur Finance & Tax Stellar Nexus Advisor
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the company’s overall finance and taxation functions
• Develop and implement financial and tax policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Supervise accounting processes, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Handle tax reporting, tax planning, and tax risk management
• Liaise with external parties such as tax authorities and auditors to ensure compliance
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control
• Lead, manage, and develop the finance and tax team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and taxation, with managerial experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance
• Excellent financial analysis and risk management skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
