Job description for Director of Sales and Business Growth at Newt Nutrition
*Growth Lead — DTC & Paid Social (Remote · Health & Wellness Supplements)**
**About us**
We're a profitable, founder-run portfolio of men's health and wellness supplement brand on Amazon. Small, fast, scrappy. We're looking for one sharp operator to own everything off-Amazon: paid social and the DTC funnel, end to end.
This isn't a corporate marketing seat. No committee, no deck theater. You'll own channels and see your decisions hit revenue the same week.
**What you'll do**
- Meta paid: prospecting and retargeting, managing our UGC creative pipeline, testing angles, owning CAC and ROAS.
- DTC funnel: Shopify conversion-rate work, offers/bundles, subscription, landing pages.
- Lifecycle: the Klaviyo program end to end — welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back — across email and SMS.
**What we're looking for**
- 4+ years actually running paid social and/or DTC growth for eCommerce brands — with real spend you were accountable for.
- Supplements experience
- Deep hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience: structure, testing, creative iteration, scaling profitably.
- Strong with at least one of Klaviyo and Shopify; comfortable with both is ideal.
- You think in unit economics (CAC, contribution margin, payback), not vanity metrics.
- Comfortable building in the men's sexual-health / wellness category — this is the product.
- English fluent; self-directed and reliable in a fully remote, async setup.
