Role Description
This full-time, on-site Direct Procurement Product (Trading) role is based in Tangerang and focuses on managing end-to-end procurement activities for trading products. The role includes preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with internal teams to understand product requirements, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The individual will evaluate and monitor suppliers, maintain strong relationships, and support contract negotiation to secure favorable terms and pricing. Daily tasks also involve tracking market trends, analyzing procurement data, optimizing costs, and ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with logistics, finance, and operations to support smooth product flow and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong procurement skills, including experience managing Purchase Orders and overall Procurement processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Supplier Evaluation to assess vendor performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Contract Negotiation to secure competitive pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor market trends, and support cost optimization decisions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and build vendor relationships.
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in South Tangerang on a full-time basis.
- Experience in trading, FMCG, or manufacturing environments, and familiarity with procurement or ERP systems, is an advantage.
