Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Procurement professional, located in Kota Tangerang Selatan. The role involves managing procurement activities for general trading, including supplier negotiations, sourcing materials, analyzing vendor options, and ensuring timely delivery. The professional will maintain relationships with key suppliers, monitor market trends, and ensure effective cost management to align with company objectives. Collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational sourcing needs will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Procurement Strategies, Supplier Assessment, and Contract Negotiations
- Skilled in Market Research, Cost Analysis, and Vendor Relationship Management
- Strong attention to detail with abilities in Documentation, Compliance, and Quality Assurance
- Proficiency in tools and platforms for tracking purchase orders, inventory, and budget management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external vendors
- Knowledge of general trading processes and practices in a business environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Work experience in a similar role within the trading or procurement industry is a must
