WE'RE HIRING: Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing)
We're looking for someone who doesn't just run ads—you understand why they perform.
If you can:
- Plan, execute, optimize, and evaluate paid campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms
- Calculate budgets, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPM, CTR, and other key performance metrics
- Analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, policies, and advertising trends
- Build reports with clear recommendations, not just numbers
- Collaborate with content & creative teams to improve campaign performance
- Handle multiple campaigns with strong attention to detail
Bonus if you also have a good understanding of:
- Content planning
- SEO/SEM fundamentals
- GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
A/B Testing
- Marketing funnel & customer journey
