Digital User growth and management Intern for Tech Startup

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive customer success strategies
● Organising and Overseeing advertising campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events
● Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
● Attend public and community events to increase leads Rescale Lab software platform.
● Manage the outreach platforms (Social Media/ Newsletter)
● Track and increase user growth via the platform, hubspot and other relevant tools
● Convert users to paying clients
● Maintain a strong and professional relationship with partners and clients
● Smoothly oversea a lead’s transition into becoming a user on the platform or to the point of handing them over to the relevant manager
● Follow up with users to ensure quality service and active user engagement (post sales care)
● Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses for customer success related expenditures.
● Must be SG PR or Citizen from Singapore university or polytechnic
● Past experience onboarding users on Tech platforms a plus
● Experienced in sales and customer relationship management
● Good communication skills – both written and verbal
● High level of work ethics, professional integrity and organisation skills
● Self-motivated, able to work independently and a strong team player
● Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods to increase and understand Customer Success rate
● Proficient with Microsoft Apps.
● Open to learning new skills.
● Strong people’s skills.
