Jobdesc :
- Develop digital campaign strategies and creative direction
- Translate insights, trends, and audience behavior into engaging campaign concepts
- Build campaign narratives, content ecosystems, and activation flows
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, operations, and media buying teams
- Orchestrate campaign execution from planning → rollout → optimization
- Coordinate timelines, workflows, and cross-functional team alignment
- Monitor campaign performance and identify strategic improvement opportunities
- Analyze content and campaign trends across TikTok, Meta, and other digital platforms
- Ensure campaign execution remains aligned with brand objectives and audience behavior
What We’re Looking For :
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Digital Strategy / Creative Strategy / Campaign Strategy
- Strong understanding of digital culture, social media behavior, and content ecosystems
- Strong creative sense with a deep understanding of high-performing digital content
- Ability to turn campaign ideas into clear and actionable execution plans
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, content, ads, and operations teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture of a campaign
- Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and audience insights
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads as supporting knowledge
- Adaptive, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience handling viral campaigns
- Familiarity with the TikTok ecosystem
- Experience managing campaign executions involving multiple creators and content flows
- Previous experience working in a fast-moving digital team
