About This Role

This role is for individuals with a marketing background who have a desire to transform into true marketing consultants. At Firstpage, you will serve as a Digital Strategist, or what we internally call a “Digital Architect.” You will help design and execute results-driven digital funnels, while developing a deep understanding of the entire marketing spectrum—both digital and offline.

What You’ll Do

Brand & Market Analysis:

Support the implementation of brand audits and market research to identify brand opportunities and challenges.

Collect data, conduct competitor analysis, and compile initial actionable insights.

Funnel Strategy Development:

Learn and apply digital funnel concepts (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to design optimal conversion strategies.

Involved in setting up test plans and defining key performance metrics.

Campaign & Ad Optimization:

Collaborate in launching and monitoring campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok.

Analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to optimize campaign performance with guidance from senior team.

Tracking & Data Infrastructure:

Gain experience in using tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager to ensure data accuracy.

Help build an integrated tracking system, including for offline interactions.

Closing & Conversion Strategy:

Support the development of WhatsApp SOPs to maximize conversions from leads to close.

Involved in designing effective sales closing strategies, both digitally and offline.

Reporting & Insights:

Help compile monthly reports containing campaign performance insights and post-sale customer behavior analysis.

Minimum Requreiment:

Strong Marketing Foundation:

Have a basic understanding of marketing as a whole, both digital and offline.

High Motivation & Passion in Marketing:

You are someone who loves marketing and sees it as a calling. Analytical Skills:

Understanding of basic marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and a desire to explore data analysis.

Communication & Collaboration:

Able to work in a team, provide regular updates, and collaborate effectively.

Basic Marketing Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or related role (not limited to digital marketing).

Nice to Have (Will Learn Through Training)

Advanced Funnel Optimization:

Knowledge of TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, AIDA, and A/B testing techniques to improve conversion rates.

Tracking Tools & Data:

Experience using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking techniques for retargeting and data optimization.

Website Optimization & UX/UI:

Fundamentals in website troubleshooting (speed, CTA, navigation) and landing page optimization.

CRM & WhatsApp Business API:

Knowledge of using CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead management automation.

Advanced Data Analytics:

Ability to use analytical tools such as Looker Studio or advanced Excel.

Consumer Psychology & Neuromarketing:

Understand the psychological triggers in consumer decision making to design effective messaging.

Onboarding Process

Intensive Training:

Participate in the “Crafting Result Driven Digital Funnels” program that includes brand audits, funnel building, tracking setup, and closing strategies.

Mentoring:

Work closely with senior team through mentoring sessions and hands-on assistance on every project

Evaluation & Certification:

After going through a series of evaluations and successfully handling initial projects, you will be certified as a Firstpage Certified Digital Architect.

Team & Project Integration:

The onboarding process includes an introduction to the work culture, regular reporting system, and cross-division collaboration to support the growth of the client's brand.

Compensation

Base Salary: IDR 6,000,000

Bonus: Based on the number of projects and brand growth managed.
