We are looking for a data-driven and proactive Digital Specialist Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and drive real business results for our clients.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).

• Support daily organic social media execution, including content ideation, scheduling, and community engagement.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) to provide actionable insights and reports.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Team (Graphic Designers & Copywriters) to ensure ad creatives are engaging and high-converting.

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities for various client brands.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Prioritized Candidates: Graduates from reputable Digital Marketing Bootcamps (e.g., RevoU, MySkill, Purwadhika) with a solid capstone project/portfolio.

• Fresh graduates (Marketing, Communications, Business) are welcome to apply ONLY IF you have prior hands-on internship experience in digital or performance marketing.

• Dashboard Familiarity is a Must: You must have hands-on experience navigating Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Theoretical knowledge is not enough; you should know how to set up and read a campaign.

• Mandatory Portfolio: You must be able to showcase a portfolio of dummy/capstone projects, campaign setups, or real-world social media management.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS should be your daily vocabulary).

• Highly proactive, adaptable, and possesses a strong "client-oriented" mindset to thrive in a dynamic agency environment.
