Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, social media & digital channels, focusing on sales closing.
- Conduct telemarketing, outbound calls & systematic follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries & objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate prospect data in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Maintain fast response times during designated standby hours.
- Achieve assigned sales & conversion targets.
- Work regular weekdays & until 1:00 PM on Saturdays.
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Sales, Chat Commerce, Customer Service, or related roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation & closing skills via chat and phone.
- Confident in outbound calls & handling customer objections.
- Highly responsive, urgent-minded, with <5-minute response time during designated hours.
- Detail-oriented & disciplined in data entry and lead tracking.
- Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Excel & basic CRM.
- Responsive, proactive, persistent & willing to work designated evening, weekend & public holiday standby hours.
