We are looking for a Digital Sales Support, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, advices and suggestions via omnichannel
• Sort leads, list leads and assign leads to Sales Team
• Categorize Inquiry
• Collaborate with the Sales team for leads generation

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of customer success/service experience preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Strong problem resolution skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
• Comfortable using and learning software: MS Office (Excel), Chat BOT system, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success
• Willing to work in shifting and/or weekends and public holiday
