Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated EXPERIENCED Digital Marketing Project Manager with a strong command of the English language to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients and our company. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our clients' digital marketing campaigns and projects.
We're looking for someone who's not just a hard worker but a consistent one. We value team members who are fully committed and always there when it counts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as their primary point of contact (Email, Call & Meeting). Understand their goals, objectives, and expectations to provide exceptional service.
- Project Planning - Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and project plans that align with client objectives and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Team Coordination and Hands-on Involvement - Collaborate with our team of digital marketing experts, including Web Developers and Graphic Designers to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations. Additionally, actively contribute your expertise and skills in digital marketing project management to enhance project execution and provide guidance to the team when needed.
- Performance Analysis - Regularly analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and provide insightful recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Reporting - Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports to clients, demonstrating the impact of our digital marketing efforts and providing actionable insights.
- Stay Updated - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies and deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
You're a good fit if you have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of one year of practical client experience in digital marketing with a focus on project management in an agency environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Client-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Personable and upbeat demeanor, highly-confident in communicating with English-speaking clients from various cultural backgrounds.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications. Preferred not essential
- Base salary 4M plus performance bonus and others after 6 months probation
Placement: Surabaya, WFO Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm, Ready to start within 2 weeks
