What you’ll do
Manage multiple digital and technology projects simultaneously.
Break down projects into clear tasks, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Gather and understand client business requirements.
Translate client requirements into actionable deliverables for developers, designers, and QA teams.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, and change requests.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear progress updates.
Manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-launch activities.
Review and quality-check project deliverables before submission to clients.
Identify project risks early and recommend practical solutions.
Manage client expectations and communicate clearly with international teams across different time zones.
Participate in technology planning, including project goals, tools, workflows, and delivery processes.
Support projects outside normal office hours when required for international clients or critical deployments.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years of professional experience managing digital or technology projects.
Experience managing software development, web application, mobile application, SaaS, cloud, system integration, enterprise platform, or similar digital projects.
Experience working directly with software developers, designers, QA engineers, and clients.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Ability to manage project scope, timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proactive, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of project outcomes.
Bonus points if you have
Proficiency in spoken or written Chinese.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Freedcamp.
Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Experience managing global teams or international clients.
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, system integrations, web applications, and mobile applications.
Familiarity with technologies or frameworks such as Laravel, Flutter, React, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience managing enterprise, government, or mission-critical digital projects.
