Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
Develop strategies to increase leads, bookings, and conversions across all business units.
3. Budget & ROI Managemen
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insightful reports and recommendations.
5. A/B Testing & Optimization
Conduct continuous testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve performance
6. Collaboration with Creative Team
Work closely with the Multimedia & Creative team to ensure high-performing ad creatives.
7. Marketing Funnel Development
Build and optimize customer journey funnels from awareness to conversion.
8. Market & Audience Research
Identify target audiences and analyze market trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
9. Tracking & Attribution Setup
Ensure proper tracking systems (Pixel, GA4, Tag Manager) are properly implemented.
10. Performance Growth Strategy
Contribute ideas and strategies to scale digital marketing performance across all brands.
