Deskripsi pekerjaan Digital Performance Manager - Digital Strategist PT. Daehong Communications Indonesia
- Research, analyze and provide data needed to determine and measure the effectiveness of any campaign (including but not limited to SNS, digital ads, online & offline sales)
- Forecast and develop estimated KPI to achieve based on the current situation and the nature of the campaign
- Strategize and develop comprehensive proposal (with the research above) that answers the client’s brief and best practical action to achieve objective and KPI
- Analyze, monitor and optimize performance on :
- Social Media Content (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Digital Ads (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok Ads & other third-party ads, etc.)
- Website performance & SEO (experience in using various tools e.g. keyword research tool to help expand and improve current performance)
- E-Commerce performance (conversion ads, marketplace ads, connected services for sales)
- Social media listening tool and trends analysis
- Write a detailed and comprehensive report on overall campaign (digital and also cross-platform campaigns) with effective suggestion to help improve the current performance
- Continue to expand the use of existing tools and discover new tools to help improve current research/reporting
- Continue to research for new ads platform that can be a source of new business opportunity
- Working in an Advertising Agency
- Handling local or multinational clients of various industries for advertising projects
- Well verse with data performance management tools
- Up to date with current Internet trends and lingo (Korean wave is a plus)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English (Excellent in both verbal and written communication) and Korean is a Plus
- Orientation to details & sensitive to numbers
- Outgoing and congenial personality
- Fast to adapt & eager to learn/explore
- Take on challenges
