We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Pattern Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in digital patterning using Gerber software and capable of creating patterns for a variety of garments. As a key member of our team, you will also be expected to demonstrate leadership qualities and maintain excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop digital patterns using Gerber software.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in pattern making for various garment types.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure patterns meet design specifications.
• Adjust patterns based on fit sessions and feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and trends.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior pattern makers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Pattern Maker.
• Proficiency in Gerber software for digital pattern making.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to create patterns for men's and women's shirts, blouses, dresses, pants, and outerwear.
• Experience working in a factory or garment manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
