Job description for Digital Optimization (Marketing Intern) at Halocom
- Support Team & take charge of day to day execution of all Digital campaigns to ensure effectiveness & efficiency in performance management & KPI achievement.
- Keep track and measure daily/weekly/monthly & overall campaign performance, assess against goals (KPI Result, Media Metrics, Cost,…);
- Support in identifying trends and insights, as well as up-to-date technical optimization tactics to continuously improve Digital performance quality with measurable impact on clients' marketing, business activities & our company's development.
- Report campaign progress, KPIs, P&L to COO/CEO.
- Strategically develop digital media plans as a solution for the client’s brief.
- Highly motivated in the working environment;
- Training about categories: FMCG, Banking, Ecommerce, Fintech, Classified, OTA, Beauty, Education,...;
- Training algorithm in all digital channels: Google, Facebook, Zalo, Linkedin, Tik Tok, DSP,...;
- Opportunity to become an official employee;

- No experience requirements.;
- Able to work full-time for at least 3-6 months;
- Have Optimism and positive energy;
- Have knowledge/experience in Digital marketing is a plus;
- Good at math/logical thinking is a plus;
- Fast learning & self-sufficient;
- Have a long-term orientation to Halocom, at least 1 year after completing the training.
