Job Description
- Marketplace management: Responsible for managing and optimizing online marketplaces such as Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Blibli, and more to ensure strong product visibility and consistent sales growth.
- Performance marketing: Plans, executes, and monitors paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms to achieve maximum ROI and ROAS.
- Maintain digital platforms, marketing tools and online listings; handling SEO on-page and off-page, manage the acquisition and retention marketing channel, monitor customer reviews, and respond promptly to feedback to uphold brand reputation.
- Digital platforms and analytics: Oversees Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business, and other digital tools to track performance and generate actionable insights.
- Online food delivery platforms: Manages GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood platforms by optimizing menu listings, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
- Digital campaign: Develops and executes digital marketing campaigns and activation that strengthen brand awareness and support business objectives across online channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree or Associate degree (D3) in Communications, Social Studies or other relevant fields.
- Min. 3 years experienced managing and handling social media channels and campaigns.
- Able to deliver creative content for social media.
- Having creative thinking and extensive knowledge about trends and pop culture
- Solid knowledge in social media analytics.
- Having updated information with social media trends.
- Passionate in food and beverage / coffee / tea.
- Able to write fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
