Job Desk:
- Manage and optimize stores on Shopee and TikTok Shop to maximize sales performance.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Analyze sales performance, campaigns, marketplace trends, and consumer behavior, and provide recommendations for strategy improvement.
- Perform marketplace SEO optimization, including product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve discoverability.
- Conduct competitor analysis to adjust sales and promotional strategies accordingly.
- Manage product and promotional content, such as photos, videos, descriptions, and content for live streaming or flash sales.
- Prepare sales reports and marketplace insights for the management team.
- Experience with other marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak) is a plus and can be applied for multichannel strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience managing marketplaces such as Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and online promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data, campaign performance, and providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO, including product titles, keywords, and descriptions optimization.
- Experienced in market research and competitor analysis.
- Proficient in using supporting tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboards.
- Strong communication skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with good time management skills.
- Experience with additional marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak) is a plus.
- Up-to-date with e-commerce trends and consumer behavior.
