Job Description
We are looking for a creative, versatile, and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.
2. Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO optimization for websites, landing pages, and other digital assets.
3. Implemented and managed Google Tag Manager (GTM) for conversion tracking.
4. Use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and prepare monthly performance reports focusing on ROI, conversions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Collaborate with creative teams and any other parties to produce compelling visual and video assets.
6. Assist in managing the company’s official social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Requirements

4. Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
5. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns strongly preferred.
6. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
7. Proficient in digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, as well as keyword research and SEO tools.
8. Possesses a strong analytical mindset and a target-oriented approach, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting ability.
