As a Digital Marketing specialist, you will be responsible for promoting ASUS brands & products in the company's online channels and engaging with ASUS online community to build brand awareness and loyalty. In addition, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, optimizing, and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. As a result, you will play a crucial role in achieving the company's business goals and objectives and report directly to Digital Marketing Manager & Marketing Director.
In your daily duties, you will:
Social Media & Community Management
· Write engaging copy promoting brand and products on relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Forum...). Plan social content, and maintain the content calendar, ensuring social media content is regular, relevant, and engaging
· Engage with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement
· Monitor the success of the community and social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy
· Weekly reporting on social media content performance, user behaviors & engagements within the community
· Develop and execute digital campaigns across channels to drive brand awareness, user engagement, traffic, and sales conversions.
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Develop, execute & monitor media buy strategies, including timings and cost breakdowns, aligning with marketing strategy.
· Monitor website appearances update the content of product page, banners. Ensure product campaign pages are ready for its market launch schedule
· Manage CMS, working with webmaster and editors to ensure it's meeting the needs of the marketing strategy
· Analyze analytics data to learn how users interact with your site
· Identify improvement areas in website performance in user experiences, SEO, content, images... and optimize it.
Insights, Digital Performance Analysis
· Analyze data, research the target audiences and manage budgets, pacing, and performance to goals
· Actively explore, research, collect information on digital marketing trends in ongoing projects /campaigns to find new ways to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
· Keep track of brand/product online awareness and customer references providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
· 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing. Previous experience on working in e-commerce industry or digital agency is a plus
· Familiar with marketing across multiple channels and types including social, advertising, email, conversion rate optimization, website & marketing audits, strategy & tactics.
· Consumer's centricity & understanding of their needs / preferences
· Full understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Local Ad Networks... Google Advertising, Facebook blueprints certification is preferable
· Creative, passion for social media, eager to stay on top of the trends
· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools & customer data platforms with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
· Experience in performance-based marketing with demonstrated understanding of digital KPIs (CPA, CPI, CPC, ROI...)
· Very comfortable with data analysis and enjoy working with data to understand performance, optimize campaigns, measure results and make decisions
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and with tight timelines
· Excellent communication, collaboration & writing skills
· Excellent command of MS Office
· Knowledge in 2D design (Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw) is a plus
