PT. Digital Kaliber Internasional is a digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads and Meta Ads since 2019. We currently manage many big clients for their digital advertisement and are looking for another team-mate to join our ships!
Responsibilities:
- Having knowledge using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Familiar with project management methodologies and best practices OKR (Use Objective and Key Results)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent with PDCA (Plan Do Check Act)
- Being able to oversee risk and constraints through the full project lifecycle
- Define project scope and activities
- Plan and manage resources to achieve project objectives effectively and efficiently
- Create a project schedule and work plan
- Evaluate project performance and create reports based on the evaluation
- Keeping track of project progress and cost
- Up to date on the latest digital marketing trends including Social Media, SEO, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other SEO Software.
- Creative person with good communication skills
- Able to work in a team
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and good time management
- You’re eager to learn new things (especially in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, etc)
- You’re not passive in a group discussion because we love to hear about your voice and opinion
- You’re a seeker of new ideas and care to share them with the team
- Highly creative person
- You can work on tight deadlines, easily blend in, and ALWAYS CURIOUS TO LEARN ABOUT NEW THINGS.
- Outstanding communication & interpretation Requirements:
- 2 years of working experience in digital marketing or digital agency
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Loves problem-solving and is a strategic thinker
- Able to speak English at a working proficiency level
What will you do?
- Understanding funnel marketing
- Creating ads in Google Ads
- Researching the right keywords for ads
- Creating ad copy
- Creating tags for ads with Google Tag Manager
- Creating ad extension
- Managing and optimizing ads
- Understanding how to analyze ad data

- Google Ads
- Copywriting
- Analyze Dashboard Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
