Job Description
- Build and execute digital marketing campaigns that actually drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Turn ideas into engaging content across social media, website, and other digital channels.
- Experiment with different marketing strategies, formats, and channels to find what works and what converts.
- Monitor campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights.
- Keep up with digital trends, audience behavior, and what’s happening in the market.
- Work closely with Sales and Creative teams to make sure marketing activities support business goals.
- Support digital acquisition initiatives such as paid ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and lead generation
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a startup, tech, SaaS, or digital company.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital campaigns, content marketing, and digital acquisition.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to experiment with new ideas.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and move fast.
- Familiar with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar tools.
