💼 Open Position

• Digital Marketing Specialist (Entry Level / Junior)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels

- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns

- Analyze campaign performance and generate insights

- Optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives

- Prepare performance reports and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

- Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing preferred

- Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Data-driven and target-oriented mindset

- Digital marketing certifications are a plus

- Commercial mindset and target-oriented

- Able to work in fast-paced environment

- Proactive and execution-focused

- Strong culture fit and willingness to grow together with the company
