Digital Marketing is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads) for SCGI's client portfolio. This role requires strong algorithmic thinking in campaign optimization and acts as a strategic link between performance data and client business goals.
Job Description
- Plan and execute cross-platform, full-funnel campaign strategy for multiple brands.
- Manage monthly budget allocation based on client ROI/ROAS targets.
- Run creative, targeting, and campaign structure tests to improve funnel efficiency.
- Monitor key metrics (Cost, Revenue, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) and optimize accordingly.
- Deliver performance reports with actionable insights and root-cause analysis.
- Identify funnel gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with the creative, affiliate, live, and KOL teams to achieve business goals.
- Act as strategic point of contact in client meetings.
- Support pitch/assessment deck creation for new business (audits, strategy, budget projections).
Job Requirements
- Min. 2 years in performance marketing/digital advertising, managing substantial ad budgets.
- Proficient in TikTok Ads Manager (inc. GMV Max), Meta Ads Manager (CPAS or non-CPAS), and Google Ads (Search, Display, View).
- Strong understanding of ad platform algorithms and signal optimization, not just manual execution.
- Skilled in Excel/Spreadsheets and performance reporting; familiar with pixel/CAPI and attribution.
- Familiar with using AI tools to streamline work processes and gain deeper insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for client-facing presentations.
