Deskripsi pekerjaan Digital Marketing Strategy Glints
Job Description :
- Develop & write new content story & feed (daily), IGTV, IG reels and youtube
- Involve in ideation / creation of influencers/creators who are aligned with the company’s brand
- Strategy, Content Planning for ads, endorsement, collaboration & giveaway
- Assisting with the photoshoot/Video campaign
- Increasing our brand’s presence online
- Maintain strong engagement across social media channels
- Execute targeting and remarketing tactics to drive direct response, increase traffic and conversion
- Work with marketing dept to get the understanding our our short- & long-term goals and develop content strategies accordingly
- Manage & execute live content
- Continuously acquire knowledge and understanding of the business, brand and provide the best content ideas that are relevant to our customer’s base.
Requirements:
- Have proven experience in communication, social media
- Have simple cooking skills is a +
- Excellent communication skills to create campaign plan/communicate with influencers when inquiring on endorsement
- Fun, energetic, initiative, able to work in a team
- Excellent writing in English is a +
- Ability to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines & priorities.
- Resourceful, determined, and passionate about the food industry.
- Highly experienced in content marketing & copywriting
- Strong creative thinking skills
- Have skills in styling is a plus
- Excellent organization skills, strong attention to details and multitasking ability
- Proficient at basic team tool such as Excel, Google Sheet, and proficient in using digital ads platform such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic Ads (Including premium placements and ad networks
- Understand the concept and experience in doing funnel marketing, and applying it to digital media planning, and digital ad metrics to measure each marketing funnel performance.
- Data driven; detail oriented & diligent.
- Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaign strategies, and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
