The Role
We need a strategist who creates digital marketing strategies that actually work. You'll own them end-to-end, developing sharp strategies and media plans that guide budgets across SEO, paid search, social media, and emerging platforms. You'll leverage AI tools to work smarter and faster, but you're always the strategist calling the shots.
You'll collaborate with our team to bring strategies to life and see real client results.
What You'll Do
Create and own digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth
Define channel mix and budget allocation across SEO, paid media, and other digital platforms
Research markets and competitors to build smarter strategies, using AI tools to accelerate your work
Develop campaign briefs and strategic recommendations that are solid and strategic
Work with our team to execute strategies and track results
Present strategy clearly to clients and internal teams, explaining why it works
Stay sharp on new platforms, tools, and opportunities in digital marketing
Who We're Looking For
Proven track record in digital marketing strategy (agency background is gold)
Deep understanding of how SEO, paid media, and social work together
Can translate business goals into clear, actionable strategies
Results-driven with data backing every call you make
Strategic thinker who can leverage AI without losing the human insight
Comfortable with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Can present strategy clearly and convince people it's the right move
Collaborative, organized, and genuinely enjoy working with teams
Open to expatriates and Indonesian nationals
