About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Digital Marketer to lead and execute our marketing efforts across the entire customer journey. From acquisition to conversion to retention.
This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking, creative storytelling, and hands-on execution skills across both paid and organic channels.
Requirements
- Experience 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing across multiple channels
- Proven track record in driving measurable results across acquisition and retention
- Experience managing both paid and organic campaign.
- Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Strong writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English a bonus).
- Experience in content marketing for tech, education, or career space.
- Data-driven, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.
- Familiar with UTM, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, SEO basics, and short-form video trends.
Skills
- Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO best practices
- Strong understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager)
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
- Strong copywriting and content marketing ability
