Join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Handle course enquiries, bookings, and client documentation.

- Prepare quotations, issue course information, and manage joining instructions.

- Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary.

- Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media content.

- Maintain and update client databases to support marketing strategies.

- Assist in developing marketing materials (videos, brochures).

- Manage the public training annual calendar and coordinate with training coordinators.

- Create purchase requests for external suppliers and submit for approval.

- Monitor KPIs to align with business goals

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or client relations

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms

- Experience in managing client accounts or campaigns

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Skills/Knowledge :

- Client relationship management and communication strategies

- Digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, SEO, Google Ads)

- Content creation and copywriting

- Campaign management and performance analysis

- Customer segmentation and targeting

- Social media analytics and reporting
