Company Description

Established in 2021, Adiboga is a Packaged Food company in Indonesia dedicated to offering nutritious and flavorful products free from preservatives and artificial additives. Committed to a sustainable ecosystem, Adiboga focuses on minimizing food waste and upholding the highest safety and quality standards for consumers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive located in Jakarta. The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities to drive brand growth and customer engagement on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication, Advertising, or a related field with 3.0 and above GPA.
Proven min. 2 years working experience in Paid Ads management.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
MUST HAVE proven track record in digital marketing platform (Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Shopee Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, and related platform.)
Have attended a digital marketing course, Digital Marketing Degree is a plus.
Willing to work at Penjaringan, North Jakarta.

Job Descriptions

Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Tiktok Ads, Meta Ads, CPAS, Google Ads, Shopee Ads, etc.).
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Develop ads brief and coordinate with Creative team on the production.
Maintain UTM, backlinks and the company's website.
Provide cross-functional support on all brand and communication initiatives.
