What You'll Do
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns based on promotional events and seasonal calendars.
- Execute campaigns through various digital channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Mobile App Push Notifications.
- Perform customer segmentation and campaign setup to support targeted marketing initiatives.
- Create marketing materials such as Key Visuals (KV), banners, and promotional videos.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM Marketing, Campaign Management, or related roles.
- Familiar with digital marketing channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Mobile App Push Notifications.
- Experienced in planning and managing marketing campaigns based on promotional and seasonal calendars.
- Experienced in creating marketing materials, including Key Visuals (KV), banners, and promotional videos.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop — MUST HAVE.
- Familiar with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Able to analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on campaign results.
- Familiar with customer segmentation and campaign setup.
- Experience with MoEngage or other marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
- Willing to work fully onsite in Pulomas, East Jakarta.
