Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Shopee Ads (CPAS), and TikTok Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance based on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Content, Graphic Design, and Video Production teams to develop high-performing advertising creatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports, including insights and optimization recommendations.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Communicate effectively in English and build strong partnerships with Marketplace Account Managers (AMs).
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Shopee Ads (CPAS), and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
