Deskripsi pekerjaan Digital Marketing Specialist PT Aroma Rumah Kreatif
As A Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible to:
- Overseeing the e-commerce and online platform (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok, etc).
- Involved in planning, coordination, and implementation of ecommerce online campaign strategy (promotion, ads, etc).
- Working closely and monitor 3rd party agency to handle SEM strategy by monitoring KPI, CAC, and ROI/ROAS on every campaign.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, keyword trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Develop strategies and tactic to drive qualified traffic to our marketplace and Produce valuable and engaging content for website/market place (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok, etc) - Flash Sale, Product Details, Live Streaming, Promo, Vouchers.
- Measure and report on the performance of e-commerce campaigns (sales analysis, ROI report, etc).
- Creating frameworks between online sites and our social media sites, transforming it into highly profitable platforms.
- Build and maintain strategic relationship with internal and external vendors and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year prior experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with partners.
- Strong planning skills for online campaigns, be creative and good at brainstorming.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office; excel, powerpoint, etc and online tools like google slides, sheets, etc.
- Able to work in a team as well as work independently.
- Open for travel around regions for project purposes.
- Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Indonesia Fluently.
- Beauty and significantly perfume enthusiast.
- Able to do full WFO policy (Tangerang Selatan).
