Job Description
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms based on client objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and business impact.
- Optimize campaigns through audience analysis, creative testing, budget allocation, and platform strategies.
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with client goals, industry trends, and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure campaign performance and execution quality.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Paid Media, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, performance metrics, tracking, and digital advertising strategies.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns, understand business objectives, and collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
