About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, analytical, and execution-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our core team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end social media management, oversee paid advertising campaigns, and optimize e-commerce performance for our client portfolio. You'll bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) including content planning, scheduling, copywriting, and daily oversight.
- Setup, run, and optimize multi-channel paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to achieve client KPIs (Reach, Leads, ROAS, Conversions).
- Manage and optimize e-commerce operations, product listings, and campaign executions across platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and report digital marketing metrics using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets to deliver actionable insights and MoM performance deep-dives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to brief performance-driven creatives.
- Conduct market research, audience profiling, and competitor analysis to continually improve client campaign strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Specialist, or Paid Ads Specialist.
- Prior experience working in a creative or digital marketing agency is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in managing social media accounts and running Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platform management and campaign execution (Shopify / Marketplace setup & optimization).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (data manipulation, formulas, tracking templates, performance analysis).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw metrics into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency is a major plus for working with international clients).
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
