About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is comfortable working with data and performance. In this role, you will manage and optimize digital campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads), monitor results, and make improvements regularly. You will be trusted to handle campaigns and ensure they are running effectively. You will also work closely with the creative team to ensure campaigns are not only running, but performing.
Outcomes You’ll Be Responsible For
- Digital campaigns are planned and executed in line with business goals
- Paid ads (Meta & Google) are actively optimized to improve ROAS and conversions
- Campaign performance is monitored regularly and translated into clear, actionable insights
- Reports and dashboards are well-maintained and easy to understand
- Website, marketplace, and landing page performance show continuous improvement
- SEO efforts contribute to better organic visibility over time

- You regularly review campaign performance and make timely adjustments (budget, audience, creatives)
- You can explain what is working, what is not, and what needs to be improved
- You identify opportunities from data (ads, website, marketplace) and take action
- Your reports are structured and help others understand performance easily

- You are comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics

- You are able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a structured way
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns (performance-focused)
- Familiar with Google Sheets and Looker Studio (required)
- Experience in analyzing campaign, website, or marketplace performance
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and landing page optimization
- Able to turn data into simple, actionable insights
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
