Job Description :
- Plan, execute, and evaluate end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage campaign performance to ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Build and maintain partnerships with brands, merchants, agencies, media, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Coordinate offline marketing activities, including out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to drive business growth.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing campaigns, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
