🎯 What You’ll Do (Job Description)
- End-to-End Digital Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, Email, and Website.
- Performance Marketing & Paid Ads: Manage ad budgets, launch performance campaigns, and continuously optimize for key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, and Conversion Rate).
- Conversion-Driven Content & Copywriting: Collaborate on or create high-converting ad copies, visual direction, and messaging tailored to different stages of the buyer journey.
- Data, Analytics & CRO: Monitor campaign metrics using Google Analytics (GA4) and ad managers, conduct A/B testing, and turn data insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Online-to-Offline (O2O) Integration: Align digital messaging with our physical showroom/retail touchpoints to turn online leads into offline visits and purchases.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with the Sales and Content/Design teams to ensure digital campaigns directly support business goals, product launches, and brand promotions.
👀 What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Paid Media management.
- Proven track record in running paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads) with measurable ROI/ROAS.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Commercial awareness & funnel mastery: Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel (Awareness to Sales Conversion) and customer buying behavior.
- Solid copywriting & content sense: Ability to write or guide compelling ad copies and marketing hooks.
