Howel & Co. is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Supervisor) to help shape the future of our brand.
This role is more than managing ads. We're looking for someone who can combine data, creativity, and strategy to drive business growth through digital marketing.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, optimize, and analyze paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
- Monitor customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the Content, KOL, Marketplace, and Creative teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Lead and guide the Advertiser team while ensuring high-quality campaign execution.
- Continuously improve digital performance, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
- Good knowledge of branding, performance marketing, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
- High ownership, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus.
- We value learning agility and problem-solving ability as much as experience.
