We're now looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to own the growth of our digital product line and drive sales to an international, English-speaking market.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid and organic campaigns that turn traffic into paying customers for our Odoo apps and software products. You'll own the full funnel — from ad creative and landing pages to conversion tracking and reporting — with a strong focus on measurable ROI.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns targeting English-speaking markets (search, display, retargeting, and social).
- Build and refine the go-to-market and paid acquisition strategy for our digital / software products (Odoo apps and modules).
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, audiences, pixels, and analytics; report on CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Write and test compelling ad copy, landing pages, and product messaging that speaks to an international B2B / software audience.
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, audience research, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, offers, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion.
- Collaborate with product, sales, design, and our SEO team to align campaigns with launches and promotions.
What We're Looking For:
Requirements:
- Proven experience running Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads with real, demonstrable results.
- Track record marketing digital or software products (SaaS, apps, plugins, or similar).
- Strong understanding of the English-speaking / international market and fluent professional English (written and spoken).
- Practical experience using AI technology for marketing (content, creative, research, or campaign optimization).
- Solid grasp of analytics, conversion tracking, and data-driven decision making.
- Comfortable working on-site in Yogyakarta, full-time.
Plus Points:
- Working knowledge of SEO (you won't own it — we have a dedicated SEO team — but understanding it helps you collaborate).
- Familiarity with Odoo, e-commerce, or the ERP / B2B software space.
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) or experience briefing designers.
