As we expand internationally, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager with expertise in SEO, social media management, and paid advertising (PPC), who is passionate about staying ahead of digital trends, including the latest advancements in AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Marketing Projects: Oversee SEO, social media management, and PPC campaigns, ensuring they meet deadlines, objectives, and quality standards.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling requests, providing updates, and delivering professional reports in English.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the internal team to create project briefs, align strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, particularly SEO, social media, AI, and paid ads, and proactively suggest innovative ideas for client campaigns.
- Effective Communication: Ensure clear communication between clients, the internal team, and management, prioritizing client needs and business goals.
Qualifications
- Digital Marketing Experience: At least 2 years of experience in SEO, social media management, and paid advertising (PPC). Experience with international clients is a plus.
- AI Knowledge: Understanding of the latest AI trends and their impact on digital marketing strategies.
- Fluent in English: Strong spoken and written English skills are essential, as the role requires regular communication with international clients.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and teams effectively.
- Detail-Oriented & Proactive: High attention to detail, with the ability to take initiative and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Client-Focused: Experience in client management with a customer-first mentality.
- We required a full-time work-from-office staff -- Our office is in Jemursari, Surabaya
