Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and display.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation across channels for maximum ROI.
- Develop and oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and translate data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and the latest digital marketing tools.
- Oversee social media strategy and community growth across platforms.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
- Mentor junior marketing team members and support their professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI/ROAS.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling campaign concepts.
