- Plan and execute digital marketing campaign especially through Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Create A/B testing frameworks and implementation to ensure consistent growth.
- Analyze data to optimize campaigns to meet volume and ROI targets for products.
- Constant tracking or reporting and analytics.
- Perform analysis on marketing data, develop, and evaluate campaign performance metrics to drive future marketing decisions and optimize strategy.
- 1+ years of experience handling projects related to Paid Ads (Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads and Google Ads).
- Experienced in media planning, setting and managing budgets, optimizing ad performance.
- Able to think critically & analytical.
- Strong understanding of major advertising success metrics.
- Data Driven & Attention to details.
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work in team.
- Willing to work hybrid at Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta.
