- Data-driven mindset — bisa baca dashboard, generate insight, decide budget
- Familiar dengan: TikTok Seller Center, FastMoss, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Notion/Asana
- Bahasa Indonesia native + English working proficiency
- Domisili Jakarta
Paid Ads Management
- Mengelola harian TikTok Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Setup pixel, audience research, creative testing, bid optimization
- Achieve ROAS
- Mempertahankan CAC converted customer
Affiliator Program Leadership
- Memimpin outreach & onboarding affiliators admin
- Set commission tier strategy (8-15% range)
- Monitor performance affiliators weekly
