We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager
Full-Time | Onsite in Ubud, Bali | Indonesian Nationals Only
Radiantly Alive is a globally respected yoga studio and wellness brand located in the heart of Ubud, Bali. For over 15 years, we’ve cultivated a vibrant community dedicated to growth, transformation, and purposeful living.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaigns
● Shape and execute short and long-term strategies aligned with business goals
● Guide the team in delivering clear, high-impact campaigns across all channels
● Use data & insights to regularly refine channels, messaging, audience targeting, and creative direction
Content & Brand:
● Deliver strategies to drive lead generation, conversions, and sales
● Guide and approve content across all comms channels (eg social, email, web, print, and PR) to ensure consistent visual and verbal brand identity in all touchpoints
● Collaborate with creators, designers, teachers and alumni to tell authentic stories
Team Leadership & Workflow:
● Lead and support a multi-skilled team (social, email, design, assistants, freelancers), providing guidance and structure
● Collaborate cross-functionally with snr management to ensure internal alignment
● Manage workflows and timelines - using tools like Monday.com, Googlesheets, Dropbox etc.
● Run weekly team meetings, performance reviews, and project alignment, and foster a collaborative work culture
Performance:
● Use marketing analytics tools to measure effectiveness and continuously improve performance across all channels – ie:
o Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
o Website (UX, design, content, SEO, lead generation)
o Email marketing (campaigns, newsletters, funnels, automations)
o In-studio and community promotions
o Partnerships
● Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and more
● Oversee CRM, email, SEO, and website performance
Analytics & Reporting:
● Track performance across all marketing channels
● Monitor and report on KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly
● Adjust strategies based on engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI metrics
Who We’re Looking For
● 5-7+ years of proven success in a similar digital marketing leadership role for lead generation, digital funnels, SEO, SEM, CRM, and automation
● A confident leader who enjoys mentoring and building strong teams
● Skilled with marketing, analytics, and reporting tools (ie. Monday.com, Pipedrive, Google Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Squarespace, Zapier, AI, etc.)
● Emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented
● A natural collaborator with a proactive mindset and clear communication skills
● Genuinely aligned with wellness, yoga, and conscious business—whether or not you practice regularly
● Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
● Willing and excited to work onsite in our Ubud office 40 hours per week

This is a full-time, in-person role based at our studio in Ubud, Bali. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.
