Job Description:
- Develop and execute content strategies (Instagram, TikTok) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create compelling copywriting (hooks, video scripts, captions) that is both persuasive and educational.
- Manage end-to-end content production (video and design) for marketing needs.
- Plan and optimize marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and GTM, and continuously optimize results.
- Develop and implement digital systems (e.g., WordPress, online forms).
- Collaborate with clinical teams for content creation and field programs.
- Manage e-commerce operations and ensure smooth end-to-end sales processes.
- Plan and execute events and exhibitions as key branding channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, social media, and digital marketing funnels.
- Proficient in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro) and basic graphic design (Canva or similar tools).
- Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, clinical, operations).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Monday – Friday: 09.00 – 17.00
Saturday: 09.00 – 13.00
