Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships & Business Growth
- Develop and execute high-impact brand collaborations (banking, mall, and third-party partners)
- Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities to drive sales growth - Campaign & Loyalty Management
- Lead execution of monthly campaigns and 360° seasonal marketing initiatives
- Develop and manage loyalty programs aligned with business goals
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI - Product & Packaging Development
- Oversee product launch cycle from concept to market
- Collaborate with R&D and operations for innovative menu offerings
- Lead creative direction for seasonal packaging and merchandising - Digital & Platform Development
- Manage brand website development (vendor, UI/UX, delivery)
- Ensure strong digital presence and continuous user experience improvement - Operational Alignment & Execution
- Ensure smooth campaign rollout across all outlets
- Coordinate with operations for POS setup and promo execution - Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and mentor social media team
- Define content strategy and oversee execution
- Analyze digital performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in F&B or multi-outlet retail industry
- Proven experience handling nationwide campaigns and revenue-driven initiatives
- Strong background in brand partnerships and commercial collaborations
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, campaign analytics, and performance metrics
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Target-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in social media management and digital advertising tools (Google Ads, CEO, Meta Ads)
