- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing
- Experienced in leading Digital Marketing Projects
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement high and strategies.
- Strong SEO, SEM, SMO, and SMM skills including keyword search, bidding, retargeting, and optimization.
- Strong campaign management skills with the ability to build multi-function / multi-channel, etc.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.)
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills – ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, and with senior-level executives.
- Customer-Centric mindsets
- Willing to Work at BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
- Plan and implement marketing timelines and campaigns on both Offline and Online Platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
- Analyze campaign results, identify and recommend improvement opportunities, and improve on existing campaigns
- Ensure all marketing projects are in line with the defined goals
- Identify new trends in Digital Marketing world to continuously improve campaign performances
- Design, build and maintain our brand through Digital Platforms
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (OKR and KPI)
