- Plan short-term and long-term, online and offline, paid and organic marketing strategies for our purchase funnel
- Translate plans into actionable objectives and key metrics (e.g. ROI) to reach goals
- Create clarity about tasks, budgets, and roles needed to execute the marketing strategies
- Monitor key metrics of marketing initiatives to then create reports and analyze metrics to adjust initiatives to reach goals
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to contribute in shaping the company’s direction vi. Stay on top of competitors’ marketing efforts to adjust our marketing direction
- Coordinate approval process and communicate timelines to internal stakeholders for all channel campaigns and initiatives
- Implement and/or manage all channel campaigns and initiatives
- Gatehered several years of professional experiance in growth hacking
- Experiance in scaling the customer base of a startup is highly preferable
- Excellent in articulating thought processes and considerations behind each channel campaign and initiative
- quirementsAble to base marketing initiatives and campaigns on quantifiable metrics
- Able to create new ideas and test them by ideating small-scale experiments
- Hands-on experience in operating marketing platforms to manage and track marketing efforts
- Hands-on experinace in providing timely and concise reports of marketing
- Excellent in communicating with cross-functional teams
- A team player, like to share knowledge and experience with others
