DIGITAL MARKETING (Freelance)
- Must have previous experience as a Resort Manager or in a senior management role overseeing resort operations.
- Film high-quality content around the hotel using an iPhone or camera.
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos using CapCut.
- Create Stories, Carousels and social media content aligned with the White Palm brand.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Reply to comments and direct messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Organise and maintain our photo and video content library.
- Assist during content shoot days and help plan future shoots.
- Bring new content ideas, trends and creative concepts that fit our premium wellness positioning.
- Monitor content performance and continuously optimise through analytics and testing.
- Plan, create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Set up, monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display and Performance Max).
- Track campaign performance, conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and direct bookings
